Payment:
Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase. I receive credit card payment through PAYPAL, it is a secure online payment. You don't need to have a paypal account to pay through paypal.
You also can make payment by money order or wire transfer, please note that all payment is in USD.
FaniSong Jewelry is a registered business, that's why all Canadian buyers will be charged 5% GST. And all Ontario buyer will be charged 5% GST and 8% PST.

Shipping:
We ship internationally.
Shipping cost to USA & Canada is only $2.95-$4.95 for the first item and $0.50-$0.95 for additional each item. For anywhere else, shipping is $4.95 + $0.95.
Your order will be shipped to the address you specified during your ETSY checkout purchase. All order will be shipped by Canada Post. Please allow 1-2 days for item(s) to be ready, please note that custom order will be ready within 5 business days. (Notice will be given if your piece would take longer to create).
Every order is prepared in the tin container and shipped in a small padded envelope. I carefully wrap each piece so that it won't be damaged in the mail.
If you are sending your piece as a gift, please notify me, and I will include special gift wrap and a card with your sentiment... at NO EXTRA COST & I'll omit the receipt.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase. We will be happy to make a full refund less S/H fee within 14 days of acceptance. Unless by mistake we shipped wrong item(s), we will cover all the shipping cost.
